Intro To Pilates Solos
Package includes 3 - 50 minute private sessions with a Certified Instructor; focusing on the fundamentals of Pilates mat, reformer, Cadillac, and chair. These sessions are taught at your speed and cater to your own strengths, weaknesses, injuries or conditions. This is a prerequisite for any new clients wishing to take Equipment Classes.

Our Solo Pilates sessions are just you and one of our highly trained instructors. They will customize the session to your specific goals and use all of the Pilates equipment to help you reach it.
