Reflexology
Reflexology is based on ancient principles that relate certain reflex points in the hands and feet to particular locations and organs in the body. Applying careful pressure to these points can produce beneficial effects on the corresponding organ, muscle, bone, or gland. Most importantly, this is a GREAT foot and hand massage.

Hot Stone
Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones. The stones are basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. The heat of the stones helps muscles release more quickly than in traditional massage. It is a deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage.
